- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3721 yang disiarkan pada 5 Ogos 1938, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah (Bab. 138) telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1 ekar 1 rood 01 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 2,283, terletak di Mengkarak, Mukim Triang, Daerah Temerloh, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 13,834 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah China, di bawah jagaan Presiden dan Jawatankuasa Sekolah; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 523; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3721 published on the 5 August 1938, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection 24(i) of the Land Code (Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 1 acre 1 rood 01 pole known as Lot No. 2,283 situated at Mengkarak, Mukim of Triang, District of Temerloh, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 13,834 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a Chinese school to be maintained by the President and Committee of the School; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 1hb Feb. 2007] 147 And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 523; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
