Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2.034 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 45942, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 108401 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kempadang menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7098 yang disiarkan pada 9 November 1928, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservation Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 2.034 hectares known as Lot 45942, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 108401 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Kempadang Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7098 published on the 9 November 1928 be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
