- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 5649 yang disiarkan pada 4 September 1925, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 9 ekar 1 rood 5 pole yang dikenali sebagai Lot No. 1 terletak di Bandar Bentong, Mukim Bentong, Daerah Bentong, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 6,264 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai satu rizab bagi tujuan sekolah; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 15hb April 2004] 445 Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 25 Oktober 2001 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 607; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizapan tersebut.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 5649 published on 4 September 1925, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 9 acres 1 rood 5 poles known as Lot No. 1, situated in Bentong Town, Mukim of Bentong, District of Bentong, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 6,264 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a school; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on 25 October 2001 as Gazette Notification No. 607; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation. - Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7530 yang disiarkan pada 7 Oktober 1932, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah 1926 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 5 ekar 1 rood 15 pole yang dikenali sebagai Lot No. 77 terletak di Cherok Paloh, Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 459 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai satu rizab bagi tujuan Sekolah Kebangsaan dan Kuarters Guru; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [15hb April 2004 446 Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 6 Disember 2001 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 742; Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizapan tersebut.
