- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 6364 yang disiarkan pada 5 Oktober 1923, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1e.1r.24.6p. yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 352 terletak di Ulu Dong, Mukim Ulu Dong, Daerah Raub, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 4472 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 11hb Mei 2006] 629 Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Raub, pada 22 Jun 2006 pukul 10.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 6364 published on 5 October 1923, the State Authority in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 1 area 1 road 24.6 pole known as Lot. No. 352, situated at Ulu Dong, Mukim of Ulu Dong, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 4472 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose of a Malay School, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Raub Land Administrator on the 22 June 2006 at 10.00 a.m. Bertarikh 13 April 2006 Dated 13 April 2006 DATO’ HAJI ABDUL HAMID BIN MUSA [PT.
