- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3217 yang disiarkan pada 7 Julai 1939, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah (Bab. 138) WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 1hb Julai 2004] 675 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7 ekar 24 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 451 terletak di Kampong Bahru, Mukim Ulu Cheka, Daerah Lipis, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 14,267 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu dan Padang Permainan di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Jerantut, pada 7 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3217 published on 7 July 1939, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(i) of the Land Code (Cap. 138) has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 7 acres 24 poles known as Lot No. 451, situated at Kampong Bahru, Mukim of Ulu Cheka, District of Lipis, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 14,267 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Malay School and playground to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Jerantut Land Administrator on the 7 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 17 Mei 2004 Dated 17 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTJ. 6.116/2000 HC] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang
