Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 114 yang disiarkan pada 6 Mei 1965, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 24(1) Enakmen Tanah yang diwakilkan kepadanya telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 rod 29.2 pol yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 32 terletak di Mukim Tanah Rata, Daerah Cameron Highlands, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 21,876 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Cina di atas nama Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan disenggara oleh Ketua Pegawai Pendidikan Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di Pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Cameron Highlands, pada 10 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

Whereas by the Pahang State Government Gazette No. 114 published 6 May 1965, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers under subsection 24(i) of the Land Code which was delegated to him has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 roods 29.2 poles known as Lot No. 32, situated at Mukim of Tanah Rata, District of Cameron Highlands, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 21,876 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, namely, as a site for a Chinese School in the name of the State Secretary, Pahang to be maintained by the Chief Education Officer, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code. Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [1hb Julai 2004 680 Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Cameron Highlands Land Administrator on the 10 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 18 Mei 2004 Dated 18 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTCH. 7/006/2000] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang
