- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 3074 yang disiarkan pada 15 Mei 1925, Residen Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 9 Enakmen Tanah 1911 telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3 ekar 1 rood 6 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 52 terletak di Pahang Tua, Mukim Pahang Tua, Daerah Pekan, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 6,231 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak sekolah dan taman di bawah jagaan Merinyu Sekolah, Pahang; Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Pekan pada 28 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 3074 published on 15 May 1925, the Resident of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Land Enactment 1911 has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 3 acres 1 rood 6 poles known as Lot No. 52, situated at Pahang Tua, Mukim of Pahang Tua, District of Pekan, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 6,231 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose, of a school site and garden, to be maintained by the Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 15hb Julai 2004] 705 Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Pekan Land Administrator on the 28 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 17 Mei 2004 Dated 17 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTP. 2.3.4369] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang
