- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 36 yang disiarkan pada 29 Januari 1953, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 24(i) Enakmen Tanah telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 4 ekar 3 rood 32 pole yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 899 terletak di Mukim Penyor, Daerah Pekan, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur No. 16,604 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Sekolah Melayu di bawah jagaan Merinyu Kanan Sekolah, Pahang; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [15hb Julai 2004 712 Dan bahawasanya Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizapan tersebut di atas menurut subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara; Maka oleh yang demikian menurut subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, adalah dengan ini diberi notis bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bercadang untuk membatalkan perizapan tanah tersebut di atas dan satu siasatan akan dibuat mengenainya oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang di pejabat Pentadbir Tanah Daerah pekan pada 28 Julai 2004 pukul 9.00 pagi.

- Whereas by the Pahang States Government Gazette No. 36 published on 29 January 1953, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(i) of the Land Enactment has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 4 acres 3 roods 32 poles known as Lot No. 899, situated in Mukim of Penyor, District of Pekan, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 16,604 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for the purpose of a Malay School, to be maintained by the Senior Inspector of Schools, Pahang; And whereas the State Authority proposes to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation pursuant to subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code; Now therefore pursuant to subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code, notice is hereby given that the State Authority proposes to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land and an enquiry with respect thereto will be held by the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines at the office of the District of Pekan Land Administrator on the 28 July 2004 at 9.00 a.m. Bertarikh 18 Mei 2004 Dated 18 May 2004 DATO’ HAJI RADZI BIN YUSOF [PTP. 2.3.4289] Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang
