  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 16(ii) Enakmen Bekalan Air [N.M.B. Bab 203] yang telah diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri [P.W. 233/82] Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang telah mengarahkan supaya air dibekalkan secara percuma tiap-tiap bulan kepada rumah-rumah ibadat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual menurut had meter padu yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual bersetentangan dengan tiap-tiap satu rumah ibadat mulai dari 1 Disember 2004.

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 16(ii) of the Water Supply Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 203] which had been delegated to him by the State Authority [G.N. 233/82] the State Secretary of Pahang has directed that water be supplied free of charge each month to the place of worship specified in column (1) of the Schedule according to the limits of cubic metre specified in column (2) of the Schedule corresponding to each place of worship with effect from the 1 December 2004.
