Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2 ekar, 3 rood, 24 pole (2.9 ekar) yang dikenali sebagai Lot 6018, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. C.P. 24089 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kempadang menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7098 yang disiarkan pada 9 November 1928, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the State Authority declares the land measuring an area of 2 acres, 3 roods, 24 poles (2.9 acres) known as Lot 6018, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. C.P. 24089 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which is forming part of the Kempadang Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7098 published on the 9 November 1928 be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
