Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Subseksyen 17(2) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Subsection 17(2)
MALAY RESERVATIONS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 17(2) of the Malay Reservations
Enactment [F.M.S. CAP 142], the State Authority makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This Order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Amendment of Second
Schedule) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the date of publication in the Gazette.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second Schedule of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. CAP
142], is amended by adding the following words:
“Bumiputra-Commerce Finance Berhad”
Dated 5th December 2001.
