Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh peraturan 8 Peraturan-peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (Skim No. 6) 1981 [P.U.(B) 430/81], saya Meor Mohd. Zamnis bin Meor Hassan, Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah Negeri dengan ini memberi notis bahawa “Daftar Permohonan-permohonan Untuk Bantuan-Bantuan Tanam Semula Kebun-kebun Kecil Getah” bagi tahun 2008 akan dibuka mulai dari 1 Januari 2008 dan ditutup pada 31 Disember 2008.

Seksyen 2

Tiap-tiap Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang yang boleh didapati daripada mana-mana seperti berikut:

(i)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri di Ipoh;

(ii)

Pejabat RISDA Daerah di Sitiawan, Taiping, Tapah, Gerik, Kuala

Kangsar dan Seri Iskandar;

Seksyen 3

Mana-mana permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang yang ditetapkan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan atau tidak dibuat berkenaan dengan sesuatu kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 peraturan-peraturan itu, akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulation 1981 [P.U.(B) 430/81], I, Meor Mohd. Zamnis bin Meor Hassan, Director of the State of Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority hereby give notice that “The Register of Applications For Grants For The Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2008 shall be open from 1 January 2008 and shall be closed on 31 December 2008.

Seksyen 2

Every application shall be made in such form obtainable from any of the following:

(i)

State RISDA Office at Ipoh;

(ii)

District RISDA Offices at Sitiawan, Taiping, Tapah, Gerik, Kuala

Kangsar dan Seri Iskandar;

(iii)

Station RISDA Offices at Sitiawan, Air Tawar, Beruas, Taiping (Larut

Matang), Selama, Ijok, Batu Kurau, Tapah (Batang Padang (U)),

Bidor, Slim River, Langkap, Lenggong, Gerik (U), Gerik (S), Pengkalan

Any Application which is not made in the prescribed application form or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the regulations, may be considered as an inadmissible application.

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Ismail Raof (RPA Parit Buntar II), Mukim Parit Buntar, Daerah Kerian yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Ismail (RPA Parit Buntar II), Mukim of Parit Buntar,

District of Kerian described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Sewerage Services Systems and has designated that the Federal Land

Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Sewerage Services Department.

Agama Rakyat Al-Husna and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam and ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
