PERINTAH PERIZABAN MELAYU (PINDAAN JADUAL KEDUA) 2004

  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 17(2) Enakmen Perizaban Melayu, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membuat perintah yang berikut:

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Rizab Melayu (Pindaan Jadual

Kedua) 2004.

Perintah ini mula berkuasa kuasa pada tarikh ia disiarkan dalam Warta.

Pindaan Jadual Kedua 2.

Jadual Kedua kepada Enakmen Rizab Melayu dipinda dengan menambahkan yang berikut kepadanya:

“Export – Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad”.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 17(2) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the State Authority makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Amendment of

Second Schedule) Order 2004.

This Order shall come into operation on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Malay Reservations Enactment is amended by adding thereto the following:

“Export – Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad”.
