Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Subseksyen 36(1) Ordinan Binatang-Binatang 1953 [Ord. 17/1953], saya, Dato’ Seri DiRaja Mohamad Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan adalah dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Pengisytiharan kawasan pengawalan dan pembasmian penyakit Brucellosis
Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan adalah diisytiharkan menjadi kawasan pengawalan dan pembasmian penyakit Brucellosis.
Seksyen 3
Penyerahan ternakan untuk pemeriksaan dan suntikan
Semua ternakan di dalam Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan adalah dikehendaki diserahkan untuk pemeriksaan dan suntikan bagi melawan penyakit Brucellosis pada masa dan tempat yang akan ditetapkan oleh Pengarah Perkhidmatan Haiwan
Perak.

ANIMALS (DECLARATION OF BRUCELLOSIS CONTROL AND
ERADICATION AREA) ORDER 2002
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 36(1) of the Animals Ordinance 1953 [Ord. 17/1953], I, Dato’ Seri DiRaja Mohamad Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, makes the following order: Citation and period of enforcement 1. This order may be cited Animals (Declaration of Brucellosis Control And Eradication Area) Order 2002, and shall be in force for a period of 5 years. Declaration of Brucellosis control and eradication area 2. The State of Perak Darul Ridzuan is declared to be Brucellosis and eradication area. Production of livestock for vaccination 3. All livestock within the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan are required to be produced for examination and vaccination against Burcellosis at such time and place as may be specified by the Director of Veterinary Services, Perak.
