- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(b) Enakmen Setiausaha Kerajaan, Perak (Pemerbadanan) 1951 [Enakmen. Bil. 3 Tahun 1951], Saya, Setiausaha Kerajaan Perak Darul Ridzuan, telah menetapkan pegawai-pegawai yang dinamakan dalam Jadual bagi maksud seksyen itu mulai dari 1 Mac 2005.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(b) of the State Secretary,
Perak (Incorporation) Enactment 1951 [Enactmen. No. 3 of 1951], I, the State
Secretary of Perak Darul Ridzuan, has designated the officers named in the
Schedule for the purposes of that section with effect form 1 March 2005.
