- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Seksyen 6 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Enakmen Bil. 3 Tahun 1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mewakilkan perjalanan atau perlaksanaan apa-apa kuasa atau kewajipan di bawah Seksyen 41 Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 kepada Pengarah Perhutanan Negeri Perak untuk membenarkan pemindahan apa-apa hasil hutan dari mana-mana tanah berimilik bagi keluasan kurang daripada 100 hektar berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2018.
