Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subsyeksyen 3(i), Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Gerik.

Kawasan seluas kira-kira 73.18 hektar dalam Mukim Gerik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang bergaris tepi kelabu pada P.W. 2028 yang tersimpan di Pejabat Pengarah

Ukur dan Pemetaan Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3 (i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142] the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as

Gerik Malay Reservation.

Jadual

The area approximately 73.18 hectares in the Mukim of Gerik, District of

Hulu Perak outlined in grey on P.W. 2028 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
