In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i) (b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Serentang Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 48 published on 27 January 1955 in the Perak Government

Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

The land approximately 1.266 hectares in the Mukim of Bidor, District of

Batang Padang out lined in grey on P.W. 1919 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
