PARTIAL REVOCATION OF LAND FROM THE SERENTANG MALAY RESERVE

  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i) (b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, Perak dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Serentang melalui Pemberitahuan No. 48 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 27 Januari 1955 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i) (b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Serentang Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 48 published on 27 January 1955 in the Perak Government

Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
