  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Raja dalam mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Teluk Muroh mengikut Pemberitahuan No. 981 yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak bertarikh 14 September 1989 hendaklah terhenti menjadi Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being declared as Teluk Muroh Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 981 published in the Perak Government Gazette dated 14 September 1989 shall cease to be the Malay Reserve.
