Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [En. No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication in this Notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the

Malay States Government Gazette No. 584 dated 27 February 1914 shall cease to be part of the Chior Big Game Reserve

HUTAN SIMPAN PIAH

EXCISION OF PART OF LAND FROM THE PIAH FOREST RESERVE

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan

Negara 1984 [Akta 131], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta

Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [En. Bil. 3 tahun 1985], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan

Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Piah yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan

Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 105 bertarikh 14 Januari 1921 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Kekal itu.
