  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 7 Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1987 [En. Ps. 1/1988], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual menjadi Hutan Simpanan Kekal yang dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpan Pulau Ketam, Kuala Perlis, Perlis mulai dari tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.
