Preamble

Menurut seksyen 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen (Pemakaian) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1985 [En. 5/1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Selangor mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual, dan yang adalah sebahagian daripada hutan simpanan kekal dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpan Kuala Langat Selatan (Tambahan) dan diisytiharkan sedemikian melalui Pemberitahuan Warta No. 2577 tahun 1927 tidak lagi menjadi hutan simpanan kekal mulai dari tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.

Jadual

Daerah—Kuala Langat. Mukim—Batu. No. Pelan—Pelan Warta No. 1146

(disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Selangor). Kawasan dikeluarkan—Kawasan bertanda kelabu. Luas—lebih kurang 526.0 hektar (1,288.8 ekar).

Pursuant to section 13 of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] as adopted by the National Forestry Act (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [En. 5/1985], the

State Authority of Selangor declares that the area which is described in the

Schedule, and which is part of a Schedule, and which is part of a permanent reserved forest known as Kuala Langat Selatan (extension) shall cease to be a permanent reserved forest with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
