Preamble

Menurut seksyen 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 seperti yang diterimapakai oleh Enakmen (Pemakaian) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1985, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Selangor mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual, dan yang adalah sebahagian daripada hutan simpanan kekal yang dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpanan Sungai Buloh dan diisytiharkan sedemikian melalui Pemberitahuan Warta No. 9 tahun 1898, tidak lagi menjadi hutan simpanan kekal mulai dari tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.

Pursuant to section 13 of the National Forestry Act 1984 as adopted by the

National Forestry Act (Adoption) Enactment 1985, the State Authority of Selangor declares that the area which is described in the Schedule, and which is part of a permanent reserved forest known as Sungai Buloh Forest Reserve and declared as such vide Gazette Notification No. 9 of 1898 shall cease to be a permanent reserved forest with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
