Preamble

Menurut seksyen 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 seperti yang diterimapakai oleh Enakmen (Pemakaian) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1985, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Selangor mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual, dan yang adalah sebahagian daripada hutan simpanan kekal yang dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpanan Bukit Lagong dan diisytiharkan sedemikian melalui Pemberitahuan Warta No. 3695 tahun 1917, tidak lagi menjadi hutan simpanan kekal mulai dari tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.

Pursuant to section 13 of the National Forestry Act 1984 as adopted by the

National Forestry Act (Adoption) Enactment 1985, the State Authority of Selangor declares that the area which is described in the Schedule, and which is part of a permanent reserved forest known as Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve and declared as such vide Gazette Notification No. 3695 of 1917 shall cease to be a perma-nent reserved forest with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
