  1. Menurut peraturan 4 Peraturan-Peraturan Eksais (Lembaga Pelesen) 1977 [P.U. (A) 155/1977] adalah diberitahu bahawa Lembaga Pelesen Daerah Hulu Langat akan bermesyuarat di Bilik Anggerik, Pejabat Daerah Hulu Langat, Bandar Baru Bangi pada 27 Jun 2005 jam 2.30 petang.

Semua permohonan untuk lesen baru, pembaharuan lesen, pindah milik lesen atau penukaran tempat perniagaan hendaklah dibuat dengan borang-borang yang tertentu sebanyak lima (5) salinan dan hendaklah disampaikan kepada

Pengerusi Lembaga Pelesen di Pejabat Daerah Hulu Langat tidak lewat daripada 20 Jun 2005.

Pemohon yang membuat permohonan untuk lesen-lesen baru dan untuk menukar tempat perniagaan hendaklah mengiklankan atas perbelanjaan pemohon itu sendiri di dalam akhbar-akhbar harian dan menampalkan satu salinan permohonan itu di bangunan atau tempat di mana perniagaan itu akan dijalankan dalam tempoh dua minggu sebelum mesyuarat itu diadakan. Pemohon hendaklah juga menyatakan sebab-sebab penukaran tempat perniagaan dibuat.

Pemohon bagi lesen “Runcit” hendaklah menyatakan jika ada, lain-lain perniagaan yang akan dijalankan dalam bangunan yang dilesenkan.

Pengerusi Lembaga Pelesen selewat-lewatnya tujuh (7) hari sebelum tarikh mesyuarat.

  1. Pursuant to regulation 4 of the Excise (Licensing Boards) Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 155/1977], it is notified that the Excise Licensing Board of Hulu Langat shall hold its meeting at “Bilik Anggerik”, Pejabat Daerah Hulu Langat, Bandar Baru Bangi on 27 June 2005 at 2.30 p.m.

All applications for new license, renewal of existing license, transfer of license or transfer of premises should be made on the application form which is to be submitted in five (5) copies to the Chairman of the Licensing Board,

Pejabat Daerah Hulu Langat not later than 20 June 2005.

Application for a new license or change in premises shall be advertised in the newspapers at their own expenses. A copy of the application is to be affixed on the building/place where business shall be carried out two (2) weeks before the meeting.

Applicant for a “retail shop license” has to declare about all other businesses that are being traded within the licensed premises.

Suggest a fix

Any objection upon license application should be forwarded to the Chairman of Excise Licensing Board by the latest seven (7) days before the meeting.
