- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Peraturan 14(1)(a) Peraturan-Peraturan Tanah Terengganu 1966, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah bersetuju untuk melanjutkan tempoh bayaran cukai tanah tanpa denda bagi semua daerah dalam Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman untuk tahun 2004 sehingga 31 Julai 2004.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 14(1)(a) of the Terengganu Land Rules 1966, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman is hereby agreed to extend the period of payment of quit rent without penalty for all districts in the State of Terengganu Darul Iman for the year 2004 until 31 July 2004.
