Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11(ii) Enakmen Tanah Simpan Bagi Orang-Orang Melayu 1360 [En. Tr. 17/1360], Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam Mesyuarat dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

In exercise of the power conferred by section 11(ii) of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1360 [Tr. En. 17/1360], His Royal Highness the Sultan in Council makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Amendment of Second Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule the Malay Reservations Enactment 1360 is amended by inserting after the words “Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad

(KFHMB)” the words “ocbc al-amin bank berhad”.

Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA 212712 Lembar Piawai No. 3-D-iV yang disimpan di pejabat

Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk balai raya dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Besut atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab.
