- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA 216526 Lembar Piawai No. 95-A yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk masjid dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Hal Ehwal Agama Terengganu atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab. 290 [26hb Mac2015
