Dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman No. 1042 Jilid 73 yang disiarkan pada 8 Oktober 2020—
(b)
dalam teks bahasa kebangsaan, gantikan perkataan "[Akta 113]" dengan perkataan "[Akta 133]"; dan
(i)
gantikan subperenggan (o) dengan subperenggan berikut:
"Mana-mana struktur telekomunikasi yang didirikan atas tanah oleh—
(i)
lain-lain 2,600.00 ringgit bagi setiap 6 bulan"
dan

gantikan subperenggan (p) dengan subperenggan berikut:
"Mana-mana struktur telekomunikasi yang didirikan atas atau bersambung dengan bangunan oleh—

(a)
in the national language text, substitute for the words "section 113" with the words "section 133";
(b)
in the national language text, substitute for the words "[Act 113]" with the words "[Act 133]"; and
(i)
substitute for subparagraph (o) the following subparagraph:
"Any telecommunication structure built on land by—
(i)
Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission
(i)
other 2,600.00 ringgit for every 6 month"
and
(ii)
substitute for subparagraph (p) the following subparagraph:
"Any telecommunication structure erected built on or connected to buildings by—
(i)
Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission
(i)
other 1,300.00 ringgit for every 6 month".
