- IN exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 43 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2002 [Act 621], I, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Mohamed Apandi bin Ali, Attorney General of Malaysia, hereby delegate my powers under the Act relating to the execution of requests for mutual assistance in criminal matters to and from Malaysia to Datin Paduka Zauyah Be binti T. Loth Khan, Solicitor General II.
