PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 70A(17) Akta Jalan, Parit dan Bangunan 1974 [Akta 133], Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur membuat undang-undang kecil yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Undang-undang kecil ini bolehlah dinamakan Undang-Undang Kecil

Kerja Tanah (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) (Pindaan) 2016.

(2)

Undang-Undang Kecil ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 24 Oktober 2016.

Undang-Undang Kecil Kerja Tanah (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur) 1988

[P.U. (A) 396/1988], yang disebut “Undang-Undang Kecil ibu” dalam Undang-Undang

Kecil ini, dipinda dalam undang-undang kecil 4 dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (1) perenggan yang berikut:

“(1A) Datuk Bandar boleh mendapatkan apa-apa maklumat tambahan berhubung dengan pelan yang dikemukakan di bawah perenggan (1).”.

EARTHWORKS (FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR) (AMENDMENT)

BY-LAWS 2016

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 70A(17) of the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 [Act 133], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur makes the following by-laws: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These by-laws may be cited as the Earthworks (Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur) (Amendment) By-laws 2016.

(2)

These By-laws come into operation on 24 October 2016.

Amendment of by-law 4 2.

The Earthworks (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) By-laws 1988

[P.U. (A) 396/1988], which are referred to as the “principal By-laws” in these By-laws, are amended in by-law 4 by inserting after paragraph (1) the following paragraph:

“(1A) The Commissioner may obtain any additional information in relation to the plans submitted under paragraph (1).”.

Amendment of by-law 21 3.

By-law 21 of the principal By-laws is amended by substituting for the words

“permit from the Commissioner” the words “permit issued under the Transportation of

Materials (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) By-laws 1997 [P.U. (A) 498/1997]” .
