  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 [Act 133], the Minister makes the following by-laws: Citation and commencement 1.

These by-laws may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage

(Revocation) By-Laws 2012.

These By-Laws come into operation on 1 February 2012.

Revocation 2.

The Sewerage and Drainage By-Laws 1957 [Sel. G.N. 657/1957] published on 5 December 1957 are revoked.
