- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 28 Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka telah diluluskan pendaftarannya dan diberi hak pembiak baka bermula dari tarikh seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Protection of New Plant Varieties Act 2004 [Act 634], the Board notifies that an application for the registration of new plant variety and grant of breeder’s right has been approved of its registration and granted breeder’s right commencing from the date as specified in the Schedule.
