Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 11(5A) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Penjalanan Pilihan Raya) 1981 [P.U. (A) 386/1981], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah menetapkan waktu yang disebut dalam ruang (7) sebagai waktu pengundian dibuka di setiap pusat mengundi bagi hari mengundi awal dan hari mengundi bagi pilihan raya kecil Dewan Undangan Negeri N. 01 Kuala Besut.

Seksyen 2

Penetapan waktu yang dinyatakan bagi pusat mengundi itu menggantikan waktu mengundi pada hari mengundi awal yang dinyatakan dalam P.U. (B) 72 bagi N. 01 Kuala

Besut yang disiarkan pada 13 Mac 2013. Waktu mengundi pada hari mengundi tidak berubah.

POLLING HOURS

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 11(5A) of the Elections (Conduct of Elections) Regulations 1981 [P. U. (A) 386/1981], the Election Commission has appointed the hours mentioned in column (7) to be the hours during which the poll be opened at each polling centre for the advance polling day and the polling day for the by-election of the State Legislative Assembly N. 01 Kuala Besut.

Seksyen 2

The appointment of the hours specified for the polling centres replaces the polling hours on the advance polling day specified in P.U. (B) 72 for N. 01 Kuala Besut published on 13 March 2013. The polling hours on the polling day remain unchanged.
