Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Fasal (1) Perkara 1 Perlembagaan Negeri Pulau Pinang, Yang di-Pertuan Agong selepas berunding dengan Ketua Menteri, melantik Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak, sebagai Yang di-Pertua Negeri bagi Negeri Pulau Pinang bagi tempoh empat tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mei 2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Penang, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong after consultation with the Chief Minister, appoints Tun Dato' Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Haji Abdul Razak, as the Yang di-Pertua Negeri for the State of Penang for a term of four years with effect from 1 May 2021. No. 352. ANUGERAH DARJAH UTAMA PANGKUAN NEGERI PULAU PINANG Dengan ini diberi ketahui untuk makluman bahawa Tuan Yang Terutama Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang telah memperkenankan Darjah Kebesaran Negeri Pulau Pinang dianugerahkan kepada orang yang berikut: It is hereby notified for public information that His Excellency the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang, has been graciously pleased to approved State Honours and to the following person: DARJAH UTAMA PANGKUAN NEGERI
