Menurut kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Enakmen Mineral (Kedah) 2004, maka inilah Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Kedah Darul Aman melantik pegawai dalam Jadual yang tersebut di bawah ini kepada jawatan yang bertentangan dengan namanya bagi maksud Kanun yang tersebut di dalam dan bagi Negeri Kedah Darul Aman dari tarikh yang dinyatakan disebelahnya:
