Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Profesion
Guaman Syarie (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) (Fi) 2023.
Kaedah-Kaedah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 21 Jun 2022
dan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa hingga 31 Disember 2023.
Tiada pengenaan fi
Tiada fi dikenakan berkenaan dengan—
permohonan bagi cabutan atau salinan daripada Daftar Peguam Syarie di bawah subseksyen 24(4);
permohonan bagi Perakuan Amalan Tahunan untuk menjalankan amalan pada tahun 2023 di bawah subseksyen 29(2); dan
pemeriksaan Daftar Pengamal di bawah subseksyen 31(4).

Opening note
These rules may be cited as the
Syarie
Legal
Profession
(Federal Territories) (Fee) Rules 2023.
These Rules are deemed to have come into operation on 21 June 2022 and shall continue to be in operation until 31 December 2023.
No imposition of fees 2.
No fees shall be imposed in respect of—
the application for an extract or a copy of the Register of Peguam Syarie under subsection 24(4);
the application for Annual Practising Certificate to practice in the year of 2023 under subsection 29(2); and
the inspection of the Register of Practitioners under subsection 31(4).
