- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(b) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Mukim Pumpong, Daerah Kota Setar yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2022 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(b) of Enactment No.63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Mukim of Pumpong, District of Kota Setar published in the Kedah Government Gazette No.46 Volume 9 dated 4th April 1933 as Notification No.1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2022 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim. Mukim—Pumpong; Daerah—Kota Setar; Hakmilik—GM 188, Lot—1265; Keluasan—4.875 Hektar. Bertarikh 8 Disember 2001. Dated 8 December 2001. [PSU(K) 451/1421; PTG.(Ked.) DECLARATIONS OF INTENDED ACQUISITION
Adalah dengan ini diisytiharkan bahawa tanah-tanah dan kawasan-kawasan yang tertentu yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual di bawah ini adalah dikehendaki bagi maksud yang berikut:
Tujuan Awam iaitu Cadangan Pengambilan Balik Tanah untuk Tapak Tambahan Universiti Utara Malaysia, di Mukim Temin, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Negeri Kedah Darul Aman
It is hereby declared that the particular lands and areas specified in the Schedule hereto are needed for the following purpose:
