Citation 1.
These regulations may be cited as the Lotteries (Books of Accounts)
Regulations 1957.
Books of accounts 2.
The promoter of any lottery in respect of which a permit under section 4
of the Act has been granted shall keep the following books of accounts:
(a)
a cash book; and
(b)
a register of tickets issued, sold and returned.
Forms 3.
The cash book and the register of tickets issued, sold and returned required to be kept under regulation 2 shall be in Forms A and B of the Schedule respectively.
