- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge against Mohd Firdaus Tee bin Abdullah and Chai Kian Huat to attend before the Sessions Court, Klang on 7 December 2018 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
