PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 25(3)(c) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504] dan peraturan 15 Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], Kerajaan telah membuat penentuan muktamad di bawah subseksyen 25(1) Akta bahawa tiada margin lambakan wujud mengenai import keluaran batang penulangan konkrit keluli iaitu batang keluli gulungan panas yang mengandungi lekuk, tetulang, alur atau canggaan lain yang dikelaskan di bawah nombor Kod Sistem yang Diharmonikan (Kod H.S.) 7214.10.11 00, 7214.10.19 00, 7214.10.21 00, 7214.10.29 00, 7214.20.31 00,

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 25(3)(c) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 15 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government has made a final determination under subsection 25(1) of the Act that no dumping margin exists with regard to the imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar products that are hot rolled steel bars containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformation classified under the Harmonised System Code (H.S. The reason for the negative final determination is that the export price of the subject merchandise exported by the producer or exporter into Malaysia is higher than its normal value.
