MENURUT perenggan 27(2)(a) Akta Warisan Kebangsaan 2005 [Akta 645], Pesuruhjaya telah memberikan notis kepada pemunya yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual bagi tapak yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2), (3) dan (4) tentang niat Pesuruhjaya untuk menetapkan tapak itu sebagai tapak warisan.

Seksyen 2

Pemunya tapak itu atau mana-mana orang lain yang terjejas atau berkemungkinan akan terjejas dengan penetapan tapak itu sebagai tapak warisan boleh membuat bantahan terhadap penetapan itu di bawah seksyen 28 Akta dengan menyampaikan notis bantahan kepada Pesuruhjaya yang beralamat di Pesuruhjaya

Warisan, Jabatan Warisan Negara, Tingkat 1, 2 & 10, Menara Chulan, Jalan Conlay,

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DESIGNATE SITE AS HERITAGE SITE

PURSUANT to paragraph 27(2)(a) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the

Commissioner has given notice to the owner as specified in column (1) of the Schedule of the site as described in columns (2), (3) and (4) of the intention of the Commissioner to designate the site as a heritage site.

The owner of the site or any other person who are affected or is likely to be affected by the designation of the site as a heritage site may make an objection to such designation under section 28 of the Act by serving a notice of objection on the

Commissioner at the Commissioner of Heritage, National Heritage Department, Level 1,

2 & 10, Chulan Tower, Jalan Conlay, 50450 Kuala Lumpur or through e-mail at info@warisan.gov.my on or before 21 July 2011.
