Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Subseksyen 42(1) Ordinan Binatang 1953 [Ord. 17/53], saya, Dato’ Seri DiRaja Mohamad Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, membuat perintah berikut:

Penyerahan anjing untuk suntikan
Semua anjing di Daerah Hulu Perak hendaklah diserahkan untuk pemvaksinan penyakit anjing gila pada masa dan tempat yang akan ditetapkan oleh Pengarah
Perkhidmatan Haiwan Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 42(1) of the Animals Ordinance 1953 [Ord. 17/53], I, Dato’ Seri DiRaja Mohamad Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Anti Rabies Vaccination (Upper Perak) Order 2002. Submission of dogs for vaccination 2. All dogs within the District of Upper Perak shall be submitted for the anti-rabies vaccination at such time and place as may be specified by the Director of Veterinary Services Department Perak Darul Ridzuan. - Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Seksyen 11 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Bukit Tapah yang disiarkan Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 5187 tahun 1929, hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi hutan simpanan kekal.

PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE BUKIT TAPAK FOREST RESERVE
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the National Forestry
Act 1984 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bukit Tapah
Reserve published vide Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 5187
of 1929 cease to be a permanent reserved forest.

The area of approximately 97.079 hectares in the Mukim Batang Padang, District of Batang Padang outlined in grey on P.W. 1503 - 1507 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Perak.
