- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, melantik pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai pegawai penguat kuasa dan pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (3) sebagai penolong pegawai penguat kuasa bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen yang disebut dalam ruang (1), bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil P. 051 Bukit Gelugor dalam Negeri Pulau Pinang. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the enforcement officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant enforcement officers for the Parliamentary Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of P. 051 Bukit Gelugor in the State of Penang. 3 JADUAL/SCHEDULE PULAU PINANG
