Trup Khas Marin Amerika Syarikat daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2)

Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi “Latihan Pasukan Perlindungan Kilat, Serangan

Harimau dan Tembakan TACP oleh Angkatan Tentera Malaysia – Trup Khas

Marin Amerika Syarikat”; dan

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Suggest a fix
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts—

(a)

the United States of America Marine Special Troops from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the “Flash Mint, Tiger Strike & TACP Shoot

Protection Force Exercise by the Malaysian Armed Forces – United States of

America Marines Special Troops”; and

Suggest a fix

(b)

the United States of America Marine Special Troops from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the

“Flash Mint, Tiger Strike & TACP Shoot Protection Force Exercise by the

Malaysia Armed Forces – United States of America Marines Special Troops”.
