PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan peserta Tentera Darat Negara ASEAN daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) dan perenggan 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) dan (e) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud penyertaan dalam pertandingan 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) di Lapang Sasar Terendak, Melaka.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the participants of the ASEAN National Army from the application of subsection 3(2) and paragraphs 5(1) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of participation in the 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) competition at Shooting Range Terendak, Melaka.
