- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2020.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting after item 21 the following item:

Commercial".
The area situated in the Mukim of Tebrau, District of Johor Bahru, Johor, that is bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 50134 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johor.
