LABUAN TRUSTS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 57(1) of the Labuan Trusts Act 1996 [Act 554], the Minister, on recommendation of the Authority, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Substitution of Third Schedule 2.
The Labuan Trusts Regulations 2010 [P.U. (A) 415/2010] are amended by substituting for the Third Schedule the following schedule:
