Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 142(15) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Import Licence Fee for
Motor Vehicle) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 25 August 2016.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Customs (Import Licence Fee for Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2009
[P.U. (A) 491/2009] are amended in the Schedule in relation to item 69 in column (2), by substituting for the words
“Syarikat

Bhd.”
the words “Kemas Maju Motors Sdn. Bhd.”.
