CONTROL OF SMOKING PRODUCTS FOR PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2024

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(3) of the Control of Smoking

Products For Public Health Act 2024 [Act 852], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Control of Smoking Products For

Public Health (Notice Under Section 47) Regulations 2024.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2024.

Notice ordering appearance to court 2.

A notice served by the Director General or any authorized officer under subsection 47(1) of the Act shall be in the form as specified in the Schedule.
